Lately, I’ve been hearing a lot of sermons and podcasts about creativity—about using what God already gave you and maximizing your full potential.
And it got me thinking:
How great do I really want to be?
Do I want to be content with just being “enough”? Or am I willing to push myself to show up with excellence every day, even when it’s hard?
I think I answered that question the moment I took a leap of faith to pursue art full-time. Chile, it's been a journey.
But let me tell you—it has not been easy.
Ideas hit me at 111 mph, but the sales and partnerships? They don't always come at that same frequency. I quickly shifted from the mindset of creating for the sale… and started creating for the legacy.
To create from the heart.
To create with purpose.
To create with the intention of leaving a mark on this earth.
Because these gifts and talents? You don’t get to take them with you. So why not give them everything you've got while you're here?
I’ve been sharing more of this journey on LinkedIn because I know there are dreamers out there—successful, content, and comfortable—who still feel that tug in their spirit.
Yes, the money’s good. Yes, you’re happy.
But is that it?
Or is there more you’re supposed to dig for?
And I’m not just saying this to you—I’m saying this for me. This is a journal entry I decided to say out loud.
Even with all I’ve accomplished…
There’s more.
I think of something my late godfather, Dr. Myles Munroe, used to say:
“The graveyard is the richest place on Earth.”
So many dreams die there—untouched, unspoken, unused.
I think about my father who passed with a pen still in his hand and a notebook open in front of him.
That image never leaves me.
So I made a decision: I want to leave everything on the table.
Whether I’m back as an executive at an agency or museum, or I’m simply being a wife to my boss husband and raising our tribe—I want to be known as the woman who did it all… and left it here.
To the dreamers who think they can’t have a dream and a career—God says you can, and you will.
Don’t let another day pass without taking a step in that direction.
That’s my two cents.
I hope this reaches the right dreamer.
