To offer a wide array of products, items may ship from multiple warehouse locations. Some pieces are also produced and shipped directly from our international manufacturing partners.
Many Abeille Creations pieces are made to order, meaning they are created specifically for you after your purchase is placed.
Please allow:
• 7–10 business days for production for made-to-order items
• 5–8 business days for international shipping, depending on your location
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that even with expedited shipping, it may take up to two weeks to receive your product, depending on production timelines and shipping location.

RETURNS
Abeille Creations is the home of one-of-a-kind wearable art, apparel, home décor, and fine art. Many of our items are custom-made or produced on demand in order to reduce excess inventory and limit our carbon footprint in the fashion industry.
Because each piece is created specifically for you:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We strongly encourage customers to review:

before completing their purchase.
At this time, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on made-to-order items.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can review and assist.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once your order has been shipped and marked delivered by the shipping carrier, Abeille Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:
• Checking around your delivery area or with neighbors
• Contacting the shipping carrier directly
• Verifying the shipping address provided at checkout
If you believe your package was stolen, you may need to file a claim with the shipping carrier or your local authorities.
We are always happy to assist in guiding you through this process if needed.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.
Unfortunately, Abeille Creations cannot guarantee changes to shipping information once an order has been placed, as many orders move quickly into production.
