Preparing for Global Opportunities: Doing the Work Before the Call Comes

Learn how to prepare for global opportunities by doing the work before the call comes. Discover how consistency, authenticity, and preparation position you for success and long-term growth.

I am the definition of be ready so you don't have to get ready. I wake up every day to say, "I feel it. This is just the beginning". I know that I cannot wait for the call to be ready, I have to act as if the phone already rung.

Honestly, creating for FIFA opened a door, but more than that, it expanded my vision. It showed me what is possible on a global stage and made it clear that opportunities of that level do not come from luck. They come from preparation, consistency, and doing the work long before anyone is watching.

One thing I know for sure is this: you cannot pray for what you are not willing to work for.

It is easy to ask for bigger platforms, global visibility, and life-changing opportunities, but those moments require a version of you that is ready to deliver. That means sharpening your craft, building your discipline, and showing up consistently, even when there is no immediate reward. Before the FIFA moment ever came, I was already putting in the work. I was painting, creating, building my brand, and developing my voice. I was preparing like the call had already been made.

That is what preparation looks like. It is not waiting, it is working.

Now that the door has opened, I am even more intentional. I am showing up as myself, fully, authentically, and unapologetically. I am putting my work out there, asking for opportunities, starting conversations, and building real relationships. Because closed mouths do not get fed, and I am clear about the value I bring.

Preparing for global opportunities also means thinking beyond just yourself. As I step into new rooms, I am thinking about who else deserves to be there. Who I can bring with me, who I can position, and who I can pour into. Success means more when it is shared, and building something bigger than yourself is part of the assignment.

I am focused on creating at a higher level, leading with intention, and building a business that reflects everything I have been preparing for. This season requires confidence, clarity, and execution. No more shrinking. No more waiting. Just alignment and action.

If you are aiming for your next level, understand that preparation is not optional. The work you do now is what positions you for what is coming. Stay consistent, stay ready, and stay open. When the opportunity comes, you should not be scrambling to get ready, you should already be prepared to step into it.

I am ready for it all.
