There are moments in your career that remind you just how far you've come, and being featured by my alma mater, Florida A&M University's School of Journalism & Graphic Communication (SJGC), is definitely one of them.
As a proud FAMU alumna, seeing my journey highlighted alongside the incredible work happening around the 2026 FIFA World Cup was a full-circle moment. The feature shares the story behind my Trefoil Trail mural in Atlanta, one of the city's signature public art installations celebrating the FIFA World Cup, and how my education at FAMU helped shape the creative and communications foundation that continues to guide my career today.
My FIFA mural brought together more than 200 Girl Scouts, community partners, and thousands of visitors to celebrate art, culture, and the global spirit of soccer. To have that work recognized by the university that invested in my dreams means more than words can express.
Thank you to the entire FAMU SJGC family for celebrating this milestone. I'll always be proud to represent the Orange and Green on the world's biggest stages.
